Installation of sheet piling on the Residential Complex «Symvol» is completed
At the moment, construction work is ongoing at the site of the future buildings of the Residential Complex «Symbol».
At the construction site of the 17th and 18th buildings, a zero level of pouring concrete foundations has been achieved. This implies the beginning of the stage of work on the erection of the supporting structures. Also, the installation of sheet piles has been completed, 100% of the sheet piles are hammered.
Excavation works have been completed at the site of the 16th building. The pioneer foundation slab of the future building is also poured. In the process of pouring the columns and walls of the future parking lot of the 16th building.
At the construction site of the 18th building, work continues to strengthen the walls of the excavation with a spacer system - a structure made of metal pipes. The soil is being developed along the berm under the spacer system.
After work on the development of the berm, it is planned to install waterproofing and fill the concrete base in full.
