Installation of the roof base of the Perm Gallery building is completed
Specialists of the general contractor of the LMS Group of Companies are rapidly constructing a new building of the Perm State Art Gallery. Our video shows the dynamics of work at the facility.
The installation of the roof base made of profiled sheet has been fully completed – 4404 m2 has been completed. Work continues on the masonry of external and internal walls made of foam block – 2,330 m3 has been completed, which is 75%. Work is underway to apply flame retardants to the metal structures of the frame of the main building
At the same time, LMS specialists are carrying out construction work on three letters: letter O, letter C and letter N. The foundations and walls of letter O are installed in a volume of 149 m3. Work is being carried out on the backfilling of the PGS foundation of the letters O. Preparations are underway to fill the floors of the letters O and C.
The builders continue the rough finishing – plastering of the basement walls of the main building, 5055 m2 has been completed. The screed is also being installed in a volume of 935 m2.
The number of people involved is increasing at the facility – now there are 255 of them, including ITR. Large-sized construction equipment works.
