Monolithic works at the Kuzminki facility were carried out in the volume of 31,400 m3

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues the construction of a new Multifunctional complex Kuzminki in Moscow at a high pace.

In early April, the facility's readiness was 29%. Monolithic works were carried out in a volume of 31,400 m3. The installation of aerated concrete partitions is carried out in a volume of 980 m3.

LMS specialists have completed the reinforcement and concreting of the floor slab of the first floor of the 1st block.

At the construction site, the installation of vertical waterproofing of the 1st block, reinforcement and concreting of the floor slabs of the second floor of the 1st block and the fourth floor of the 3rd block, laying aerated concrete partitions, laying of air ducts and cable trays in the underground Parking and on the first floor of the 2nd and 3rd blocks, as well as the installation of lightning protection of underground parking structures and the first floor of the 2nd and 3rd blocks.
The workers started finishing, in particular, screed floors and plaster walls of the underground parking of the 3rd block, as well as the installation of external walls – the installation of sandwich panels of the 2nd and 3rd blocks.

The facility employs large construction equipment, employs 696 specialists, including engineers.

The customer of the project is AStrade Group LLC.
