Mobilization of construction in the Industrial Park Chernyakhovsk
Since the end of August, LMS specialists have begun implementation of a new wafer and solar cell factory Chernyakhovsk (Kaliningrad region). The new factory called EnCore will be located at Chernyakhovsk industrial zone.
At the moment, LMS specialists are mobilizing the construction site at the facility. The formwork for the customer's office premises at the facility is ready - the installation of metal structures for future premises has begun.
Excavation has been carried out for the foundation pit of the building. The concrete base of the building and bituminous waterproofing of the foundation are poured.
The general contractor’s services include carrying out adjustment of design documentation along with approval procedures at state expertise body, development of working documentation in BIM, construction works on turnkey basis, including a full range of electromechanical works.
Customer of the project is EnCore, a business unit of Unigreen Energy (a subsidiary of Ream Management investing in renewable energy, health nutrition and ecotourism projects).
