The Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russia visited the construction site of the new Magadan airport
The Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin visited the construction site of the new terminal complex of the Magadan International Airport.
The head of the LMS project, Ilkhan Musa Ozkoch, acquainted the distinguished guest with the construction project and the progress of work at the facility.
Currently, the excavation of the building, the stormwater reservoir is being developed. The builders of the general contractor are laying engineering networks.
The total building area is 50,437 m2. The airport will be able to serve 800 passengers per hour.
The facility is planned to be put into operation at the end of 2024.
Irek Fayzullin, with the participation of the Governor of the Magadan Region Sergey Nosov, also held a meeting with the representative of the customer - Deputy General Director of Novaport Holding Evgeny Yankilevich, the general contractor and regional authorities. The issues of formation of auxiliary and transport infrastructure were considered.
