A multifunctional center «Esplanada»: heating system is half finished, sewage and running water - a one-third of work completed

The construction of the first stage of the multifunctional centre «Esplanade» in Perm is proceeding. Concrete works have been completed. A device for monolithic beams for metal structure is formed on mark + 30.00.

More than two-thirds of the metal structures have been installed in three major works. Metal stairs have been fully installed. Specialists continue to build sandwich panels and roof flooring.

The finishing works are being actively advanced: the floor tightening has been completed at -5.850, and the topping device is nearing completion. Plaster works at grades -12,750, -9,550, -5,850 more than two-thirds.

The work on brick partitions is being completed at -12.750, -9.550, -5.850 and -0.000, and partitions from GCL at -5.850. The coating of ceilings and walls with insulation is fully made on the same mark.

The General Contractor’s specialists continue the mechanical and electrical work of the project. The heating system is 50% ready. Almost one third of the system is equipped with a water supply and a sewerage system, and 42 per cent of the ventilation system is ready. 70% of the trays are mounted for power cables. The trays continue to be installed for lighting and grounding. Installation of fire alarm trays started.

The site employs more than 530 workers, including engineers. Let me remind you that the first delivery of the site was in the fourth quarter of 2021.
