The chief engineer of the Construction Project «Esplanada» Yuri Tretyakov told the correspondent of RBK-Perm TV channel about the progress of realization of the object.
An expert from the contractor company described the work carried out at the site, the capacity and resources involved, and shared the nearest plans. It was about the specifics of the construction of the Shopping Centre building in Perm, the applied technologies and the extensive experience of the company.
- New technologies - pretensile ropes, pretensile reinforcement are applied. As we can see, there are big gaps that we were able to make in the floor slabs. The gaps between the columns are widened. The technology also provides great safeguards against cracking, noted Yuri Tretyakov.
Let us remind, the implementation of the first phase of the Project will take place in December 2021.
