The scale of construction of the Eastern exit in Ufa

At the moment, specialists LLC Limakmarashavtodorogi (GC Limak Marash) are employed at several construction sites of the large-scale project Eastern exit to the federal highway M-5 Ural.

During the construction of the southern and northern parts of the tunnel, work is being carried out on the advance fastening of the vault, driving and the device of the primary support with the simultaneous strengthening of the base of the tunnel by injection with grouting mortars. Depending on the type of structures, the following types of waterproofing are used — injection waterproofing with acrylate gel, sprayed and glued waterproofing. At the moment, injection waterproofing with acrylate gel has been completed. All other types of waterproofing are made gradually as the construction of permanent structures.

The permanent structures of the northern part of the tunnel are being erected - a vault, a reverse vault and a side support. The construction of the lower part of the central support of the tunnel is planned to be completed in September, the construction of the upper part is 70% complete.

At the Eastern portal (exit from the tunnel to the bridge across the Ufimka River), the construction of retaining walls is being completed as part of anti-landslide measures. Work on the construction of the open part tunnel structures is in progress.
At the Western portal (exit to S. Yulaev Street), the basement of the Southern Tunnel and the waterproofing of the roof of the open part of the tunnel are sealed.

During the construction of the bridge, grouting of the roof of gypsum rocks on supports 1 and 2 was completed. Work on bored piles on supports 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 was completed. Construction of the BPS on support No. 3 is planned to begin in October. Grillages — 40%, racks — 40% and heads of 30% of the bridge supports are being built.

On the flyover, the installation of bored piles has been completed, the plugging at the base of the piles is 86% completed, and the readiness of plugging the gypsum rock roof is 9%. The construction of concrete structures for the overpass supports continues — 52% of the grillages, 55% of the support bodies and 37% of the crossbars have been installed. The installation of beams on the flyover supports has begun, the readiness is 9%.

2399 people are involved in the construction of the facility, including engineering and technical personnel.
The vehicle fleet includes 220 units of construction machinery and special-purpose equipment. Our own quality control laboratory, three concrete plants, as well as our own production of welding beams provide all the needs of the construction of this facility.
