LMS has completed the preparation of a site for the construction of Minvody airport
The general contractor, the LMS Group of Companies, is rapidly building a new terminal complex of domestic air lines of the Mineralnye Vody International Airport.
Preparatory work on the construction site has been fully completed at the facility. The total percentage of work performed is 9%.
The development of the pit for the new building of the AVK is 100% completed in the volume of 36,950 m3. The work on filling the foundations is also being completed here – 3,052 m3 of 4,370 m3 has been concreted, followed by waterproofing of the foundations. At the moment, the volume of filled structures for reinforcement and filling of walls and columns is 856.4 m3. In the future AVK building, formwork has been installed and a part of the overlap is being reinforced at + 3.000.
In the building of the ZSGO (Bomb Shelter), work has been completed on the construction of a foundation pit in the volume of 2,115 m3, as well as the concreting of the foundation plate and walls with waterproofing. The total volume of poured concrete on the ZSGO is 486 m3.
Builders are working on laying external engineering networks:
- Removal of cable lines from the construction area – more than 1,600 m;
- Off-site rain sewer networks are being laid – 4,250 m of 11,000 m have been laid.
- Preparation is underway for the development of a pit for a rainwater reservoir with a depth of more than 10 m with a tongue-and-groove fence fastening the walls.
573 specialists of the general contractor, including ITR, work at the facility. There are also 29 units of special equipment involved, including two tower cranes.
