LMS completes the installation of load-bearing and enclosing structures at the facility in Chernyakhovsk

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues construction, installation and finishing works at a high pace in the Industrial Complex for the production of silicon wafers and photovoltaic converters (PCs) in the Chernyakhovsk Industrial Park.

At the moment, the facility has almost completed a set of construction measures for the installation of load-bearing and enclosing structures, including:

• installation of sandwich panels of the external contour of buildings: №2, 4, 10, 11, 12, 16, 18 - 100%
• installation of sandwich panels of internal walls and partitions of buildings: №2 – 60%, №4 – 94%, №10 – 81%, №11 – 100%, №12 – 100%, №16 – 100%, №18 – 100%
• installation of walls made of aerated concrete blocks of buildings: №1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 18 - 100%
• roofing of buildings: №1, 3, 5, 11, 12, 10, 16, 18 – 100%, buildings No. 2 - 100%, buildings No. 4 – 100%
• the device of profiled flooring - 100%
• concreting of foundations and walls - 100%
• more than 4,790 tons of metal structures have been installed in PC buildings
• the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs in the buildings of all buildings is 100% complete.

Interior finishing works are continuing and at the moment:

• plastering works – 96%
• floor screed device – 100%
• the device of the GCL subsystem in buildings №1, 3, 4, 5, 10 100% completed, in building No. 16 - 83%
• putty and painting works – more than 35%
• laying of ceramic tiles - more than 70%.

Landscaping works are underway in the active phase: the installation of the curb stone is 64% complete, the installation of the foundation for on-site roads, the laying of geotextiles, sand, crushed stone by 52%, and the installation of running tracks on the roof by 13%. Works on installation of internal and external engineering systems are carried out.

573 people are employed at the construction site, including ITR.

The customer of the project is the ANCHOR plant, which belongs to Unigreen Energy.
