A contract has been signed for the construction of a new terminal for domestic air lines at Mineralnye Vody International Airport

According to the results of the competitive selection, on March 28, 2023, Mineralnye Vody Airport signed a construction contract for the construction and installation works on the object: «Construction of the terminal complex of internal air lines of Mineralnye Vody International Airport» with LMS LLS, which has extensive experience in the construction and reconstruction of airport infrastructure.This is our seventh project for the customer of Novaport Holding LLC (airports of Chelyabinsk, Volgograd, Kemerovo, Voronezh, Magadan, Tyumen and Mineralnye Vody).

According to the contract with the general contractor, the work is expected to begin in mid-April 2023 and be completed in January 2025.

As a result of the construction, the area of the new terminal of domestic air lines will be 28 thousand m2. The new terminal of the Mineralnye Vody International Airport will increase the capacity to 1,000 passengers/hour, and the total annual volume to 3,800,000 passengers/year.

In addition to the construction of a new turnkey terminal building, the general contractor will lay engineering and communication networks, as well as work on the improvement of the forecourt.

The new terminal of domestic air lines will be equipped with five telescopic ladders, modern passenger service and baggage handling systems.
