Limak Marash Group is engaged in construction of industrial facilities in Russia. In the LMS in Projects column, we will tell you about the M4 Technopark Warehouse Complex constructed in the village of Gorki, Moscow Region, by the founding company Marashstroy.

The turnkey construction under the general contract was completed with provision of a full range of services for managing and carrying out construction activities, including designing and field supervision.
The M4 Technopark is a class A warehouse complex with safe and modern warehouse premises. The facility's sites are equipped with all engineering systems and utilities: ventilation, air conditioning, video surveillance, fire safety, and security systems. The complex includes not only warehouses but also office spaces. The territory accommodates guarded parking lots for cars and trucks.
