In today's Projects of LMS section we are talking about house construction. Here is the project of the Residential Complex Khoroshi Khoromy implemented by the founder company Marashstroy, LLC in Nizhny Novgorod in 2010.

The Residential Complex Khoroshi Khoromy is a business class multi-storey residential complex with offices, retail premises and underground parking.
It’s located at 68A Studenaya Str., Nizhegorodsky District, Nizhny Novgorod.

- Total area of RC apartments: 30 140 m2
- Built-up area: 16,000 m2
- Number of storeys: 12 - 17
- Project duration: 2009 - 2010
The contract agreement included earthworks, construction of monolithic reinforced concrete structures, as well as walls and partitions.
