Projects of LMS: RC GrandPark

In today's Projects of LMS section we are talking about house construction. Here is the project of the Residential Complex GrandPark implemented by the founder company Marashstroy, LLC in Sergiev Posad in 2011.

Project customer is ZhilStroy, LLC.

Project Characteristics:

• Number of storeys: 10 and 14
• Project duration: January 2011 — June 2011

The contract agreement included earthworks, construction of monolithic reinforced concrete structures, as well as walls and partitions.

Residential Complex Grand Park is a unique architectural ensemble in a prestigious and ecologically clean area of Sergiev Posad, Moscow region, on Druzhba Street. The complex consists of two brick buildings with the height of 10 and 14 floors. The external appearance of new buildings of variable height includes facing stone, glazing of loggias with aluminum profiles, and such elements as bay windows.

The residential complex is interesting because of its location next to a parkland, good transport accessibility, an individual project in a concise architectural style and well-developed infrastructure. The complex houses supermarkets and stores, cafes and restaurants, a fitness club, health care and educational institutions.

In 2010 Grand Park received two professional residential real estate awards at once: Urban Awards and RREF Awards.
