In the traditional Projects of LMS section, we are talking about the implementation of the major commercial project by our founder company Marashstroy, LLC — Indigo Life Shopping Mall in Nizhny Novgorod.
The General Contractor Contract included turnkey construction and pre-finishing work, including the full range of M&E works.
Project Characteristics:
- The customer is Sputnik LLC
- GBA – 60,000 m²
- GLA – 40,000 m²
- 6 storeys and the ground floor
- Surface parking for 1,000 parking spaces
The complex includes a ten-hall cinema, a unique for Nizhny Novgorod amusement and recreation park, a full-service fitness club, a food court, a grocery hypermarket and three storeys of conceptual stores. Indigo Life Shopping Mall is focused on full-fledged family recreation and shopping.
