Projects of LMS: Khimki Business Park

Today, in our Projects of LMS section we are talking about the construction of high-rise and administrative buildings on the example of the implemented project Khimki Business Park.
Khimki Business Park is located in Khimki (Moscow region).
Project customer: IKEA Hanim Ltd.
Project duration: March 2008 - January 2010
Contract agreement for the design and construction of 21,600 m2 of building area included the following tasks:
- Designing office space together with the owner and tenants.
- Turnkey repair and finishing works according to individual projects of tenants.
- Interior work.
- Installation of ventilation, cooling and heating systems.
- Installation of electrical equipment and lighting.
- Installation of fire systems.
- Installation of sanitary equipment.
- Installation of a transformer in an underground parking.
- Land improvement.
Based on the results of the work performed, the project customer, as well as the tenants of the premises, sent letters of thanks to the general contractor, noting, in particular, the high quality of work, project management skills and logistical abilities.
