GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHO HAS CONFIRMED A GOOD REPUTATION
- In the company Limak Marash I hold the position of the project manager of the construction of the shopping and entertainment center «Nebo» in Moscow. The trust of the customer, who again chose Limak Marash is the result of the previous cooperation, which confirmed the quality of our work and, in the end, our reputation as a reliable general contractor.
My area of responsibility is broad: to define the goals and objectives of the project, to predict the results, to manage integration, to provide the necessary resources. I coordinate the entire project team. And, of course, it is my responsibility to allocate resources and budget accurately and properly in all phases of construction.
SUCCESSFUL COOPERATION IS THE RIGHT BALANCE BETWEEN REGULATIONS AND CUSTOMER’S WISHES
- The project manager is the link between the customer and his team. The key to successful cooperation in the sphere of realization of construction projects, I think, is the ability to find the right balance between regulations, which need to be strictly observed, and wishes of the customer. Therefore, the project manager needs to be able to understand the smallest technical details of the project, to be ready to answer the questions not yet asked, to foresee ways of solving possible additional tasks, correctly using the initial data received from the customer.
LARGE PROJECTS AT THE START OF PROFESSIONAL LIFE
- I started working in the construction industry a long time ago, in 2004. He started working in ENKA, as the head of the Department of QHSSE.
The first project in which I took part was the construction of the complex «Moscow City». After that I built the terminal «D» in Sheremetyevo airport.
The next object was the hypermarket «Real» in Volgograd, further - shopping center «Metropolis» in Moscow. After that, I built a hydroelectric plant for GAMA Power Systems Inc. He then moved to Saint Petersburg and took part in the construction of Pulkovo Airport.

How do you see the development of your direction in the company?
WE COOPERATE WITH THE CUSTOMER WHO HAS ONCE AGAIN CHOSEN US AS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR
- My first project in the group of companies Limak Marash - construction of the airport «Platov» in Rostov-on-Don. After the successful completion of the construction, in LMA LLC we took up the implementation of the project in Ufa - the project «Eastward exit to the Federal Highway M-5». Further, in 2019, we built the mall «Stolitca», where I worked as project manager.
After a year and a half we started and continue realization of a larger project - shopping centre «Nebo», cooperating with the same customer, company «Capital of Management».
IN SPITE OF THE COMPLEXITY OF THE TASKS TO BE PERFORMED WE SET NEW GOALS
