LMS erected more than 3.5 thousand tons of metal frame in Chernyakhovsk

The general contractor of the construction, Limak Marasch Group, installed more than 3,680 tons of steel structures at the site in the Industrial Park Chernyakhovsk, and also carried out roof insulation on an area of more than 16,900 m².

The implementation of the industrial complex for the production of silicon wafers (SW) and photovoltaic converters (PС) for the customer EnCORE Group (part of the Unigreen Energy Group of Companies) continues.

The following works are being carried out on the territory of the whole complex:

• Waterproofing and backfilling of the stormwater tank and building #19.
• Sand and concrete preparation of the floor slab on the ground, as well as its reinforcement. concreting in the production and storage buildings PC and SW.
• Installation of the formwork and reinforcement of the floor slab of the stormwater tank and building No. 20.
• Installation and backfilling of the trench, installation of wells, as well as installation of pipes of external water supply and sewerage networks B1 and K2.
• Reinforcing and concreting of foundation slabs of technological racks.
• Sandwich panel installation, performed on the area of 10,535 m².
• The arrangement of the ground loop.

Inside the buildings the work is being carried out:

• Plastering of walls and partitions performed on an area of 19,767 m².
• Installation of internal heating, ventilation and air conditioning networks.
• Electrical installation works for laying cable lines of systems - access control and management systems, security alarm system and automatic fire alarm system.
