The general contractor of LMS Group of Companies continues the construction of the fifth quarter of the Residential complex «Ostrov» (1-8 buildings) in Moscow at a high pace.

In total, during the construction, LMS specialists laid a concrete mixture in the volume of 37,512 m3, used more than 6,140 tons of reinforcement at the facility.

Here are the works currently being carried out at the facility by LMS builders on the buildings:

  • In building No. 1 on the 9th floor – the installation of vertical structures has been completed, the installation of the floor slab continues.
  • In building No. 2 on the 4th floor, the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures continues on the 5th floor.
  • In building No. 3 on the 3rd floor, the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures continues on the 4th floor.
  • In building No. 4 on the 2nd floor, the installation of the floor slab continues, the installation of vertical structures has been completed.
  • In building No. 5 on the 1st floor, the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures continues on the 1st floor.
  • In building No. 6 on the -1 floor – the installation of the floor slab -1 floor is being completed.
  • In building No. 7 on the 2nd floor, the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures on the 2nd floor has been completed.
  • In building No. 8 on the 2nd floor, the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures on the 2nd floor has been completed.

The construction of the facility is carried out in 2 shifts, the general contractor has attracted 1050 specialists, including IT specialists. The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
