LMS installed 250 tons of reinforcement bars in the construction of the 5th Quarter of Ostrov Residential Complex
The construction of the 5th Quarter of Ostrov Residential Complex (1-8 blocks) in Moscow for the customer Donstroy continues. General contractor LMS Group has already used more than 250 tons of steel structures for the project. Monolithic works are performed in volume of 1,775 m³.
At the moment the pylons of stylobate on the -2nd floor are completing on the construction site, 55% of the work is done. The installation of floor-slab scaffolding of the second floor is in progress. LMS specialists continue reinforcing vertical structures of building No.2 and foundations of buildings 1 and 4. The waterproofing of building No.8 is in progress.
Also the last of the eight tower cranes is being installed on the site.
580 specialists, including engineering personnel, are involved in the works. Large construction machinery - truck cranes, loaders, dump truck, and wheeled excavator — is operating on the site.
