LMS has installed 2,850 tons of reinforcement on the project of the 5th quarter of Ostrov Residential Complex

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues construction of the fifth quarter of the Ostrov Residential Сomplex (1-8 buildings) in Moscow. The concrete mix was laid in a volume of 24,000 m³, more than 2,850 tons of reinforcement were used.

At the moment, the following works are being carried out on the construction site:

• On the territory of the underground parking, the installation of floor slabs - the 2nd floor and vertical structures - the 1st floor continues.
• In building No. 1, the installation of the floor slab at +6.800 has been completed.
• In building No. 2, the installation of the floor slab has been completed at -0.100. At the level of +8.200, preparations for the installation of the floor slab began.
• In buildings No. 3 and No. 8, the installation of the floor slab has been completed at -0.100.
• In building No. 4, the installation of the floor slab at -2.100 has been completed.
• In building No. 5, the installation of vertical structures is completed at -9.550. The installation of the floor slab is completed at -5.800.
• In building No. 6, the installation of vertical structures continues at -9.550, as well as the installation of the floor slab at -5.800.
• In building No. 7, the installation of the floor slab has been completed at -5.800.
• The installation of vertical structures in the above buildings continues.

For the construction 790 specialists, including engineers and technicians were involved.
