LMS summed up the results of the year for the construction of a new terminal at Voronezh Airport
The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues to build the terminal complex of domestic air lines of the Peter I Voronezh International Airport at a high pace. A three-storey building was built from scratch in a year. At the moment, the roof is being installed. We are sharing with you a video collected using timelapse technology over the past year.
In 2022, monolithic works on the construction of staircases, elevator shafts, columns, walls and ceilings were fully completed in the building of the new AVK. The specialists of the general contractor have completed work on the installation of walls and partitions from gas blocks by 72%, the lightning protection and grounding system is ready by 8%, and the drainage system by 15%. On-site communication networks are implemented by 8%, storm sewer by 53%.
In general, during the year of work at the facility, it was used:
- more than 95 tons of metal
- structures • 9450 m3 of concrete
- 372 Larsen sheet piles (for the construction of sheet pile fencing)
In addition, last year, LMS began construction of a new airport checkpoint, having prepared a site for this. In total, 28 tons of metal structures, 306 m2 of sandwich panels, 42 m3 of gas blocks were installed and 492 m2 of profiled flooring was laid. Electrical installation works were carried out in the amount of 17%.
