LMS installs sandwich panels in the Industrial Complex in Chernyakhovsk

The specialists of LMS Group, the general contractor, continue construction and finishing works at the Industrial Complex for the production of silicon wafers (SW) and photovoltaic converters (PC) in the Chernyakhovsk Industrial Park. The improvement of the territory is in the active phase.

At the moment the works on the construction site have been completed:

• Concreting of foundations, walls, ceilings and stairs of buildings 17, 19, 20 and FEP building in the amount of 886 m³.
• Installation of sandwich panels on the area of 24,262 m² in buildings 10, 16 and the PC building.
• Roof waterproofing on the area of 34 859 m² in buildings 10, 16, 18 and buildings SW and PC.
• Installation of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs in buildings SW and PC on the area of 24 090 m².
• Floor screed on the area of 6 406 m² in building No. 16 and industrial-warehouse buildings SW and PC.
• Construction of walls from aerated concrete blocks on the area of 12,918.8 m² in building No. 18 and buildings SW and PC.
• Plastering work on an area of 24,566 m² in Building No. 18 and buildings SW and PC.
• Painting work on an area of 3,085 m² in Building No. 16 and the PC building.
• 4 378 tons of steel structures assembled in several buildings of the production complex.

The customer of the project is EnCORe plant, which belongs to Unigreen Energy.
