LMS used more than 1,250 tons of reinforcing steel for the construction of the 5th block of Ostrov Residential Complex
Specialists of LMS Group of Companies, the general contractor, continue construction of the 5th block of Ostrov Residential Complex (buildings 1-8) in Moscow for the customer Donstroy. Concrete mixture has been laid in the amount of 11,560 m3, more than 1,250 tons of reinforcement material has been used on the site.
The installation of floor slabs -2nd floor and -1st floor vertical structures is going on in underground parking zone of Ostrov Residential Complex. In Building 1 the construction of walls and columns has been completed at -5.800, in buildings 2, 3 and 4 the works are being carried out. In buildings 5, 6 and 7 the basement is being prepared for the foundation slabs. LMS is beginning the reinforcement of vertical structures in 8th building.
More than 700 specialists, including engineering personnel, are involved in the construction. Large construction machinery is used on the site — 8 tower cranes, truck cranes, excavators, dump trucks, loaders, concrete pumps and a water carrier.
