LMS has been chosen as the general contractor for three new buildings of the residential quarter «Symvol» in Moscow

The leading development company of Moscow in the top segments of the residential property «Donstroy» has chosen the general contractor of 16-18 buildings of the residential quarter «Symvol». It became the company «LMS». In the portfolio of the company 160 projects in 15 countries. During realization of 16-18 buildings «Symvol» LMS specialists will be responsible for development of working documentation, creation of BIM-model, construction-mounting, finishing works and improvement of territory. Three buildings «Symvol» are designed for 922 apartments.

The completion of the buildings is scheduled for 2023. Mobilization work has already begun at the site.

The 18th building of the residential complex is a 26-storey building, one of the sections of the building is represented by the apartments with the decoration for the key. Two 27-storey buildings 16 and 17 are proposed in a non trim variant. All three buildings are combined by a two-story stylobat and a single two-level underground parking for 449 cars. The total area of the project is 93,729 square meters.

The inner courtyard of the houses is fenced off and equipped with vehicle access control through the checkpoints. The following infrastructure is planned: supermarket, gym-health complex, cafes, restaurants and offices.
