The readiness of the Kuzminki Multifunctional Complex has reached 10%
General contractor, LMS Group continues works on the zero cycle of the Kuzminki Multifunctional Complex project in Moscow: 6 575 m3 of concrete, 9 700 m2 of horizontal waterproofing and 670 tons of reinforced concrete structures have been completed.
LMS continues to perform waterproofing under the foundation slab and make concrete preparations. The concreting and reinforcing of the foundation slab and the reinforcing and installation of the formwork for the floor slab of the first floor are in progress. On some parts of the facility concreting of the underground floor vertical structures and concreting of the floor slab and first floor columns has been performed.
More than 340 specialists, including the engineering staff, are involved on the construction site. At the moment there are 2 tower cranes, and large construction equipment is used: an excavator and a 25-ton crane.
The customer of the project is AStrade Group Ltd.
