The readiness of the Mall «Kuzminki» facility in March was 28%

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues the construction of a new Multifunctional complex Kuzminki in Moscow at a high pace.

By mid-March, the facility's readiness is 28%. Monolithic works were carried out in a volume of 29,000 m³. Waterproofing of monolithic structures is ready on an area of 20,100 m². The installation of aerated concrete partitions is made in the volume of 450 m³.

Also, the specialists of the LMS general contractor have completed the installation of the foundation plate of the 1st block, reinforcement and concreting of the floor slab of the second floor of the 3rd block and the third floor of the 3rd block.

At the construction site, the following is being carried out: installation of vertical waterproofing of the 1st block, reinforcement and concreting of the floor slab of the first floor of the 1st block and the fourth floor of the 2nd block, reinforcement and concreting of vertical structures of the underground and 1st floors of the 1st block, the third floor of the 3rd block.

LMS specialists are engaged in laying aerated concrete partitions and laying air ducts in the underground parking and on the 1st floor of blocks 2 and 3.

Large construction equipment works at the facility, and 634 specialists, including IT specialists, are also employed.
