The readiness of Kuzminki mall in August was 65%

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues to build a new Multifunctional shop complex «Kuzminki» in Moscow at a high pace. By mid-August, the facility's readiness was 65%.

Monolithic works are 100% completed. Waterproofing of monolithic structures is also 100% complete.

The installation of anti-aircraft lights has been completed. The builders of the general contractor completed 45% of the total amount of work on the installation of canopies over the main entrance groups. The roof structure is 55% complete, including work on the filling of expanded clay, reinforcement of the screed and waterproofing of the first layer.

The installation of aerated concrete partitions is 76% completed, finishing works – 40%, facade work – 50%, internal and external engineering networks are laid: laying of air ducts and pipelines, laying of cable systems (70%).

The ventilated facade of the building and lightning protection of building structures are being installed. Finishing works are continuing: screed floors, plaster and putty walls, as well as laying ceramic tiles. Engineering equipment is being installed at the facility.

Large construction equipment is working at the site, 851 specialists are employed, including IT specialists.

The customer of the project is AStrade Group LLC.
