The readiness of the Kuzminki Mall reached 87% in November

The LMS Group of Companies, the General contractor, continues the construction of the Kuzminki Multifunctional Complex in Moscow at a high pace. By the first decade of November, the facility's readiness was 87%.

Fully completed: laying of aerated concrete partitions and the device of covering the parking lot of the building.

Currently, the installation of GCL partitions is underway at the facility (98% completed), as well as internal engineering systems (90% completed). The builders of the general contractor are engaged in the installation of a ventilated facade of the building – 90% has been completed.

According to the finishing works, ceramic tiles are being laid, ceilings are being installed and walls are being finished (70% completed). The roof structure is 95% complete. The installation of external networks of the building and landscaping of the territory continues.

Large construction equipment is working at the site, 734 specialists are employed, including IT specialists. The customer of the project is AStrade Group LLC.
