The readiness of the facades of the 16-18 buildings of the Residential complex «Symvol» was 75%

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies is rapidly implementing the construction of a new Residential complex «Symvol» in Moscow. The readiness of the facility in February will be 82%.

Waterproofing and roofing works are being completed. The installation of walls and partitions is 99% complete. Finishing works in the buildings were completed by 72.5%. Mechanical work is 80% done, and electrical work is 58% done. Finishing of technical premises exceeds 91%.

The overall progress of facade works is 75%. Facade cladding with fiber cement panels is 52.5% complete. Aluminum structures of the stylobate part are installed at 96%.

The builders of the LMS have started laying the floor covering of the 1st floor of the parking lot. Work is underway on laying wall tiles in the 18th building on the 17th floor and floor tiles in the corridors of three buildings. The installation of elevators continues at the levels of the stylobate floors and in three buildings. The dismantling of scaffolding from the upper floors of the buildings continues.

The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
