The general contractor Limak Marash Group of Companies is rapidly implementing the construction of a new quarter «Boldness» of the Residential complex «Symvol» in Moscow. The facility's readiness by the end of January is 80%. Watch the night shooting of the object.

LMS specialists installed 96% aluminum structures (stained glass windows). Also, the builders have started the installation of aluminum window structures and doors in the stylobate part. Waterproofing works were performed by 97%, and on the roof by 94%. The installation of walls and partitions is 97% complete. In total, the finishing works in the buildings were completed by 70%. Mechanical work was performed by 76%, and electrical work by 57%. Finishing of technical premises – 82%, and intra-apartment exceeded 61%.

Work has been completed on the roof of the buildings and sections of the unused roof. The installation of gas blocks has been completed in all buildings. Putty work continues in the areas of the MOS 16, 17 and 18 buildings and inside the apartments of the 18 building of section 2. Work is underway on laying wall tiles in the 18th building on the 3rd, 10th and 16th floors and floor tiles in the corridors.

The heat supply works have been completed. The installation of elevators continues at the levels of the stylobate floors and in three buildings. The installation of stair railings and apartment entrance doors continues.
