Construction readiness of blocks 16-18 of Simvol Residential Complex reaches 70%

The construction of the Smelost' quarter of Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow continues at a rapid pace. LMS Group, the general contractor, has completed the installation of window structures in the 16th, 17th and 18th buildings. Double-glazed windows have been installed in Building 17 and 18, the works in Building 16 are in progress. A total of 2,974 windows have been installed.

The construction readiness of the project at the end of November is 70%. Roofing work is 92% complete, with waterproofing work in progress at 96%. The façade works, including the installation of fibre cement panels and insulation, are 60% complete.

In the car park on the -2nd floor the concreting of the car park floor with reinforced top layer has been completed, the painting of the walls is in progress. Plastering and electrical works in common areas of three buildings are in progress. The laying of wall tiles on floors 8, 14 and 15 in Building 18, as well as laying of floor tiles in the corridors is in progress. The rubbish chute system has been installed in Building 16 and 17, the works in Building 18 are in progress. The installation of lift equipment is in progress on the high-rise buildings.

Paving and levelling of paving stones is being carried out in the adjacent territory of Simvol housing estate. The installation of the individual heating substation is being completed, the electrical and automation works are in progress.
