The Minister of Economic Development of Russia visited the construction site of the new Mineralnye Vody Airport

Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov, during a visit to the Stavropol Territory, together with the governor of the region Vladimir Vladimirov, inspected the construction site of the new airport. The tour for the distinguished guests was conducted by Sergey Rudakov, CEO of Novaport Holding, and Mehmet Bahar, Head of the LMS project.

The latter noted that the general contractor, the LMS Group of Companies, is rapidly building a new airport terminal complex for domestic air lines of the Mineralnye Vody International Airport.

At this time, work is underway on the reinforcement and concreting of vertical structures, monolithic floor slabs of the 3rd floor. A total of 3,500 tons of rebar and 13,000 m3 of concrete were used at the facility.

Monolithic works above zero are 65% completed. The masonry work in the building of the bomb shelter has been completely completed. Masonry work continues in the terminal building.

Builders are working on the development of a trench for external engineering networks and backfilling, concreting trays, floor slabs for conducting heat supply pipes. In some sections of the facility, work is underway on laying pipes using the HDD method.

There are 701 specialists working at the facility. 37 units of special equipment are also involved, including 2 tower cranes. All work here is planned to be completed in 2025.
