General contractor LMS installs double-glazed windows in the 18th building of Simvol Residential Complex

In the 16th, 17th and 18th buildings of Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow, work on the installation of exterior walls of aerated concrete blocks has been completed. The installation of the facade subsystem is continuing in three buildings. The installation of the insulation of the roof and the stylobate is in the active phase. The installation of the exterior frames of the aluminum stained-glass windows has begun.

The specialists of the LMS Group of Companies have completed the installation of the air ducts on the -2nd floor of the parking lot, the works on the -1nd floor are going on. The installation of cable trays on the parking lot is also in progress. The works on the covering of the -2nd floor of the parking have started. The installation of the drainage pipes and the insulation of the air ducts continues on the level below zero, as well as on the typical floors of the three buildings.

Plastering and finishing work is being done inside the premises. Screed flooring is underway in the corridors and inside the apartments on the 19th floor of Building 18 and on the 16th floor of Building 16. Floor screed in the corridors of Building 17 has been completed.

LMS has started installing double-glazed windows in building 18, as the installation of window frames has been recently completed. The installation of window structures is in progress in other buildings.
