Construction dynamics of Simvol Residential Complex

The construction of 16-18 buildings of Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow continues in accordance with the approved schedule.

We share with you the dynamics of the construction of January 2022:

• On the territory of the Sports and Recreation Center, the specialists of the general contractor LMS Group of Companies completed the pioneer part of the reinforced concrete work. The builders are erecting vertical structures on the first floor level.
• The installation of the vertical structures and floor slabs on the first floor level of the 16th building has been completed. These works are continuing on the second floor.
• The installation of vertical structures and floor slabs in the 17th building continues at the fourth floor level.
• At the site of the 18th building, floor slabs of the fourth floor are being installed, as well as the vertical structures of the fifth floor.
• Brickwork works below ground level have been completed on the territory of buildings 16th-18th of Simvol Residential Complex. LMS specialists started the installation works of the monolithic stairs. The installation of ventilation ducts in the parking lot is continuing, and the installation of cable trays has started.
