Dynamics of construction of the residential complex «Ostrov» in Moscow in November

The LMS Group of Companies, the general contractor, continues the construction of the fifth quarter of the Ostrov Residential Complex (Building 1-8) in Moscow at a high pace.
The builders have successfully completed the installation of monolithic structures of the underground part.
Work on monolithic structures in the buildings has also been completed.
The following types of work are being carried out at the facility:
- The installation of walls continues — 95% has been completed.
- The construction of engineering systems continues – 66% has been completed.
- The installation of facades continues – 16% has been completed.
- Finishing works are continuing – 27% have been completed.
- The roof installation continues – 68% has been completed.
975 specialists of the general contractor, including ITR, are involved at the site.
The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
