Construction activities of the shopping center «Esplanada» in Perm
The construction of the shopping center is being performed within the landplot of 16,000 m2, with a total construction area of 82,500 m2. Truck cranes, tower cranes, concrete pump and other special equipment are installed at the construction place. During the construction of the shopping center «Esplanada», 450 workers are involved.
In September underground phase in-situ concrete works of construction were completed by 45%. By the end of the month it is planned to complete them by 100%. The brickwork has already begun and is progressing ahead of schedule.
In winter, the project will be implemented in accordance with the working documentation, with adherence to safety precautions and construction technologies in winter.
Facility putting into operation is scheduled in November 2021.
