On the territory of the sociocultural space Shpagin Factory, the general contractor Limak Marash Group of Companies continues the construction of the Perm State Art Gallery. The construction of the facility with the area of over 21.6 thousand square meters is one of the priority projects implemented for the 300th Anniversary of Perm.
Archeological works on the site of the future gallery were completed in the middle of May and heavy construction machinery came to the construction site. Now the parallel earthworks, water drawdown and foundation preparation are being done at the site. Crushed stone has already been laid for concreting on the part of the site, and then the waterproofing and foundation casting will be done.
Within the framework of the reconstruction of existing buildings, the foundations are being strengthened and the dismantling of the building's interior structures, lit.H.
Limak Marash Group, the general contractor, has arranged work at the site in shifts and without holidays. By winter time the frame of the building is planned to be assembled to start the internal work at the site.
For the moment on the construction site 96 specialists, including engineering and technical personnel, and 15 units of heavy construction equipment are employed. A plant for preparing special cement mortar for Jet-1 and Jet-2 ground-cement elements has been built on the site.
