Construction dynamics of the new Kuzminki Multifunctional Complex
At the construction site of the new Kuzminki Multifunctional Complex in Moscow, the general contractor LMS Group has performed monolithic works in the volume of 9 200 m3. Waterproofing of monolithic structures is completed on the area of 13,100 m2. The object is being erected at a fast pace.
LMS specialists have already finished concreting of the underground floor verticals, floor slabs and 1st floor columns, as well as the foundations, in some areas.
At the moment the following works are being performed on the site:
- arrangement of adhesive waterproofing of the vertical structures of the underground floor;
- reinforcing and concreting of the foundation slab and floor slab of the 1st floor;
- installation of the floor slab formwork on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Two tower cranes, as well as large construction equipment: an excavator and 25-ton truck cranes are installed at the site. Totally 390 specialists, including engineering employees, are involved in project implementation.
The customer of the project is AStrade Group LLC.
