Dynamics of construction of 16-18 buildings of the residential complex «Symbol» in January
The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues the construction of the Boldness quarter of the Symbol Residential Complex in Moscow at a high pace. The facility's readiness by mid-January was 78%.
Finishing works in the buildings were completed by 65%. The installation of window frames has been completed in three buildings - a total of 2974 windows have been installed. Mechanical work was performed by 66%, and electrical work by 55%.
Plastering works have been completed in all buildings. Putty work continues in public areas and inside apartments. Work is underway on laying wall and floor tiles in the buildings.
The water supply connection works have been completed. The installation of elevators continues at the levels of the stylobate floors and in three buildings. Installation of pipelines is completed - testing of pipes continues. On the 2nd floor, the concrete filling of the parking lot floor has been completed. Installation of entrance apartment doors continues.
The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
