Construction dynamics of the Symvol Residential Complex in September
World Architecture Day is celebrated on the first Monday of every October. Today is the day! We are sharing with you the news about the constructioms dynamics at our facility in Moscow.
The construction of the future 16-18th buildings of the residential complex is underway on the site of the Symvol. LMS specialists carry out construction work in accordance with the approved schedule.
The excavation on three buildings is 87% complete, and the installation of spacer systems is close to 54% readiness.
Work is underway to fill the foundation in different areas. On the site of the 16th and 17th buildings, concreting is carried out on 2 floors. Also, work is being done on waterproofing the foundation and laying a protective screed.
From the beginning of construction until October 2021, more than 14,500 m³ of concrete has been poured. In total, 1713 tons of metal structures were used for construction.
The site employs 388 workers and 12 units of large construction equipment.
