Dynamics of construction works of «Kuzminki» Mall to 33%
The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues the construction of a new Multifunctional complex Kuzminki in Moscow at a high pace.
By the beginning of May, the facility's readiness was 33%. Monolithic works were carried out in a volume of 35,500 m3. Installation of aerated concrete partitions – in the volume of 1,570 m3, internal engineering systems – 7%, facade works – 17%.
Also, LMS specialists have completed the reinforcement and concreting of the floor slab of the second floor of the 1st block and the fourth floor of the 3rd block.
The construction site continues the installation of vertical waterproofing of the 1st block, reinforcement and concreting of vertical structures and floor slabs of the third floor of the 1st block, reinforcement and concreting of the floor slabs of the fourth floor of the 1st block. The laying of aerated concrete partitions, the laying of air ducts and pipelines, the lightning protection device, the installation of cable trays, the installation of fire alarm systems and evacuation warning and control systems continues. Finishing works have begun: screed floors, plaster and putty walls of the underground floor of the 1st-3rd blocks. The installation of external walls is underway – the installation of sandwich panels of the 3rd block.
Large construction equipment works at the facility, 753 specialists are employed, including IT specialists.
