We present you 3D model of the Esplanada multifunctional complex, which construction is unique for Perm because it is located in historical part of the city.
The shopping center will place completely new spaces on its square: conference rooms for events for up to 1000 people, a five-star hotel under a global brand, a restaurant overlooking the city, the only multi-level underground parking in the city center for 1500 cars and an international shopping gallery.
The construction of the Esplanada shopping center is being carried out by the LMS general contractor on an area of 16,000 m2, with a total construction area of 150,000 m2. More than 450 workers are employed at the construction site of the multifunctional complex.
